The Sore Truth

Today was better on the diet front. I only had one slip up and that was a small piece of chocolate cake I had for dessert. I have discovered that this is the month of birthdays at work. I will have many more opportunities to eat cake. I was very sore from my short workout yesterday. I did not help that I had to walk to the other end of the school several times today. Heels were created by a man who hated women. I did exercise doing 100 crunches. I discovered I am really out of shape because those 100 crunches really hurt.

7:00 1 cup Raisen Nut Crunch, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana
9:30 100 calorie pack of almonds
12:00 1 lean cuisine meal, 1 90 calorie bag of baked doritos, 1 piece of chocolate cake
5:00 2 servings baked lays, 1 ounce beef jerky
7:00 1 whole wheat tortilla, 2 ounces ground beef, 2 Tbsp pico, 1/8 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup fat free refried beans, 1 diet cream soda
